Selecting the Right RO Device With 5 Simple Questions:
Q 1: What is the difference between the pump and no-pump model?
No-pump RO devices work with the incoming water pressure without any electrical power required. If you have a water pressure above 3 bar then you should not need any pump. If you do have a low water pressure, you should definitely consider RO device with pump in order to reduce wastewater amount. 

 

Q 2: How am i going to decide which device i should choose?
Orbita comes with stainless steel faucet, 8 liters NSF certified metal tank, 6 filters 11 stages for models with pump. It is a premium quality product. 
EqOne is an economical model with a decent faucet, 8 liters NSF certified metal tank, 5 filters 5 stages . Pump and no-pump options and color options are available. 
Bolero is the largest model of household undersink RO devices. It has 12 liters NSF certified metal tank, 5 filters 5 stages and a decent faucet. Pump and no-pump options and color options are available. 

 

Q 3: What kind of filters/membranes do they contain? Do they have quality certificates?
Standard devices come with 5 filters of 5 stages. 5 micron spun filter, granule carbon filter, block carbon filter, reverse osmosis membrane and a post carbon respectively. We can add alkaline, mineral, detox, etc filters in accordance with requirements and wishes.  Only Orbita no-pump model comes with 6 filters of 11 stages. All our RO devices and filters carry certain quality certificates. 

 

Q 4: Is it easy to find filters and membranes?
Filters and membranes that we choose to use are not just of a high quality but also very easy to obtain from local market. The connections are universal and can be found easily. 

 

Q 5: What is the frequency of filter replacement? Can I do it myself?
We recommend annually replacement depending on the incoming water quality and the consumption. In Izmir we provide technical services to our customers who need it. Otherwise it is relatively easy to do it yourself.
